Then there are the Music and Movie torrents, if you're downloading it for free instead of buying it you have to have at least a suspicion it's not right. Most sites that search torrents are actually searching their own servers to make sure your linked to their Malware

After the domain seizure of a huge hip-hop file-sharing links website that happened earlier this week, it seems that the US authorities are still very busy, haunting other websites to close them down. Who needs that controversial COICA, if the ICE keeps seizing the domains in bulk, choosing a BitTorrent meta-search engine as its next target?


Of course, it’s not that easy, but still possible for American government and copyright outfits to simply point at any BitTorrent tracker and call it infringing. However, pointing at a website hosting torrents but not operating a tracker is much more difficult. This means that if a website doesn’t operate a tracker, doesn’t carry torrents and doesn’t list any copyright works (unless users search for them and the site has to respond just like Google), then to accuse it of copyright violation is somewhat of a minefield. However, this appeared not to apply to ICE Homeland Security Investigations.

Early in the morning, the first visitors to the Torrent-Finder website found themselves greeted with the picture indicating that the authorities have seized the website’s domain. The site’s owner exasperatedly complained that his domain had been seized without any previous complaint, and that he never received any notice from the court.

The owner told that he firstly had had DNS downtime, during which he contacted GoDaddy. Meanwhile, the DNS had changed, and even the host had no idea what was the matter. In fact, they don’t understand the issue until now, saying it was totally from ICANN. Even if the authorities had the right to seize the domains at will, they still had to face some problems with taking any action against Torrent-Finder.com. First of all, the website doesn’t host or even link to any torrents. Then, it just returns searches via embedded iframes showing other websites out of the Torrent-Finder owner’s control. New torrent-finder site now is torrent-finder.info

While the website remains working through another URL, Torrent-Finder.info, it hadn’t lost the battle. Among those hurt with the ICE actions there are RapGodFathers, OnSmash.com and DaJaz1.com – all music sites.
The only question is what is the “censorship bill” called COICA is debated for if the censorship is already put in place?

PAGE AFTER PAGE OF WHERE TO DOWNLOAD THIS MOVIE FOR FREE. How come ICE has not used an alleged "warrant" to seize these as well? I am very very sure the courts also want to know...
