That looks like one of our monthly Union meetings. Covering the construction, police, as well as the other trades. That might be me (Back row) with the cowboy hat on. I would need to see the boots (pointed toe) to know for sure. Obviously, Mr. Seabreeze was not in attendance that day as there is only one cowboy in the video.

He claimed if you maintained 15mph you could go under any power lines with no problem.
Coop Dispatch instructed their drivers to follow this rule.
I don't think it's working out well on bridges and underpasses.

KK gave it to me...my knowledge of a truck of that era is limited.....I love old cars though.....Seabreeze told me he is the only one experienced enough to have driven one....lmao
