Yellow | West of the Mississippi COO?

lockman , dollar bill says now the biggest cost is dockmen , so they are working on getting rid of us 1st, then you guys all go to dropping and hooking ,unless the top senior men decide to get those cdls then every1 goes backwards .think we had 3 guys over 20 years get theirs this last coo's

anybody who reads these boards on a regular basis for info, knows this change of ops has been a fiasco from day one.....it is inevitable that some changes will have to made or we'll never survive as a company....I kinda think that's why there holding off right now on any new coo's till all this gets worked out....... remember, there are still tons of grievances being filed everyday, everywhere.....it's time to fix it now, before its gets too far....

the change is not going to happen until 705 agrees to a contract, because if you can't get a ue into chicago why do it.

Seems they have been working freight around Chicago.
Information I have got has come from drivers that are in and around the area and have been by passing Chicago on a regular basis. Its no secret and it is screwing up all the routes up to date in the north east and central lanes. How long do you think they will put up with it before they just adjust somewhere else and put a red X on it. Didnt they threaten to do just that if Chigago was to strike the contract?
