I saw a COO posted at PHX, HOWEVER it wasn't the big picture, it only involved SBC and the basin satelites. I believe it is only a UE COO for California. SBC will be running 2 (lines) to Las Vegas, Fresno and Phoenix. Whatever that means.

OK, that makes sense then. Thanks for the info. I thought if this would have been the next "big one" we are all waiting for, that it would have been plastered all over the place by now.

SBC? Isn't San Bernardino SCA?

Or are you talking about a different California terminal? Or did SCA become SBC? Thanx, in advance.
