I was dumbfounded to see that this supplement passed by this much. The new language contained in this road supplement will cost every extra board driver out west many thousands of dollars in lost wages every year from now on. What a coup by the company! They added a 3rd layover without penalty pay. Extra board drivers WILL now come back home on an E4 dispatch every time they leave their yard, and they will lose a minimum of $250.00 to $325.00 in layover pay EVERY TIME! You can take that to the bank! (or the poor house) What they gained in wage increases is a pittance in comparison to what they just lost.
