it recently came to my attention that the layoff is getting close to me. in my mind I Dont care to return to yrc unless they pay into the pension. Found out from central states that unless they pay in june I will never become vested. Can a person still get a LOA? Are things looking up? its been 2 years since I've worked there so it may be a different company. I heard the layoff is at 529 in Dallas and I'm 561. 74 on LOA THOUGH so that's why I'm reluctant to return and just be laid off again.
