they should cut all non union dock hostlers back to part time status, like fed ex did, $12.00 per hour with no bene's or vacation. considering they are uneducated unskilled labor thats more than they're worth. if they don't like it the tm can stop by home depot on his way to work and pick up some if those guys that hang around hoping for work. I know they couldn't do worse.:pirate2:
