TForce | What exactly is the IBT at tforce negotiating?

It is bizarre that a paid representative who is supposedly negotiating on our behalf has not said much about anything they are looking for or what the company has countered.
I can tell you this one thing.,
The Ibt wants control over the pension, they want to put TForce into a multi employer teamster pension fund.
Would you strike just so the IBT can get control over your pension funds?
I know this, I wouldn't and most every person at my terminal wouldn't either .

The IBT is a business, it runs on other people's money. The more money it can take for itself the better for the business .

You are correct....they signed non disclosure agreements...... a friend of mine knew someone on the negotiating committee...... they couldn't even find anything out....

Our BA told us that there was a gag order out for the contract negotiations at Abf.

I don't see what is so funny about this.... the union doesn't want to tip its hat to try to get a better contract.
