Committee took the C/O under advisement for review and will issue final decision by Tuesday, June 9th. Big area of contention was apparently whether to do "follow the work" or "master pool" bids with many Locals supporting each type.

What do you mean by "master pool bids" and does "follow the work" mean that work follows drivers that transfer from one location to another?

Follow The Work type bids simply means that if your work is going to Memphis for example, "x" number of people would be able to transfer to Memphis only. A master pool bid however takes all of the people who want to be in the bid at the LOSING locations and puts them in seniority order and lets them bid in order to fill any spot open at any GAINING location irregardless to where their freight actually went.
 
In a multi conference change it is usually a seniority pool. I cant see them approving a follow the work bid on such a big change. If it was only 2 or 3 domiciles it would be follow work bid.
