Wheatland,NY Fatal crash as Car of 5 young people/driver pulled into path of a Semi.

Hearing the account of the police officer in this news video,the cause is clearly poor judgment of the 4 wheeler.
Sad that young drivers put their passengers in harms way with their inexperience,& not paying more attention to their driving.

So sad as the cause was totally human error with very poor judgment of that young driver.
My 45 years as a city driver I saw drivers of both genders,and all ages do exactly what that young gal did.
Come to a stop sign,they may,or may stop,look up at you,then pull out in front of you like truckers can stop on a dime.

As a UPS Freight safety trainer in the last few years of my trucking career,I learned.
Other than weather,mechanical,or medical,every other crash was due to driver error on one or more involved.
