What happened to the good old days where hard work paid off. It doesn't matter how hard I work I miss 1hand on a 3 point stance or not put my seat belt on. Bam write up! We have management or safety that sits around and watches camera's all day! Yet the scream to us about cutting cost! I have a idea.. get them off camera's and put them to work.
Now the U word is circulating around. Is that the answer?
I don't know but I'm tired of management. I just want to work. I'm not looking for someone to be lazy. I just want to do my job without making a small mistake and worry about be fired!
