To state the obvious.
Who wins if company shuts the doors?

-Teamsters loose members paying dues.
-Thousands loose income and benefits.
-Stockholders loose their investment.

There are no prisoners. Every employee is a volunteer.

How could Teamsters count as a win if they buried Yellow?

I doubt the banks want Yellow to close. It's a constant cash cow. Plus there is a psychological incentive to One Yellow. And a political one as well. What's made this all worse in how Darren handled everything. No matter which way ya slice it, he looks like an amateur. One Yellow should have been done long ago. And Darren could have came to the union earlier on. Not in the middle of 3 other contracts.

Hawkins law suit is to save face.
He doesn't want his legacy to include taking one of the largest LTL trucking companies and running into the ground.
So he came up with 52 pages of excuses!
