The removal of Zollars should have been requested by the members and the unions for exhange of the second round of concessions.
Anyone have an answer as to why all would have given nearly everything up and not requested this??

A while back YRC announced that severance compensation would be limited to 12 weeks of normal compensation, does anyone know if that applies to "Zollars the Clown"?

The money kept by Yrc that should have been paid into the pension fund would have been enough, not to mention the other form of givebacks.
Oh i'm sorry...Any idiot that would vote yes a second time around for concessions and freeze of pension , less H&W contributions would lack such intelligence.
