Chip was a R M in the chicagoland area and was a super leader.The only reason he got fired was they had union problems out west.

I did not like Chipper! He was arrogant, pompous, and flagrant! Our facility ran like crap, and amazingly, got better once he was gone, though a new facility helped?

UNION PROBLEMS?????? I'm not understanding that? We are not union, so what was the problem?
