Alright Guys This is Serious....If you are currently going to be considered a Wild Team then you need to be informed......After this bid period, meaning the June Bids, there will be No More Company Teams period, Wild or otherwise..( unsure about Contractor teams)
They may make a few more bids per terminal but if your very far down the seniority list I would think you will face transferring or possible Lay Off. Now is the Time to consider Transferring to a New Location like some of the Satellite yards that need drivers now...... Many Bids at these locations are $75,000 to 90,000 a year, but they( the Company) are and will be Aggressively hiring off the street to fill as many of these positions as possible between now and then, (June) so if you wait to long there will be nothing left but the scraps.
Locations like Holbrook Az, Shamrock, TX, Mountain Home Id, or Sidney Nb to name a few.. have lots of open spots in the aforementioned wage range.
