Blizzard conditions are blanketing much of the mid-section of the U.S., leaving a combination of ice and snow across the Plains and Midwest and affecting FedEx operations. Unavoidable service delays should be expected due to local road conditions and in areas that have issued a state of emergency. FedEx is committed to providing service to the best of our ability in areas that can be safely accessed and where conditions have improved. I believe most, if not all, of the Chicago district has been shut down. I wonder why they didn't add that to the list
