remember conway drivers we are here to make money for the company , but like i said DONT LET THEM DIVIDE AND CONQUER , stay as a team .and we will be ok ,As far as some guys getting laid off on the extra/flexboard thats just wrong, over here at the usa terminal the flex go out on appt.s an then the extra board goes next and if thier are line runs guess who gets them ....yup extra board will get them, our flex drivers are fair weather drivers:shutup2: and they complain about everything, :realmad:
