Sounds familiar doesn't it? Shades of Yellow and Roadway 2009! Too bad they couldn't scrape up enough dough to buy YRCW!

"XPO CEO Bradley Jacob says the company will focus on combining back-office operations from its recent acquisitions, as well as reducing costs and improving profitability, as it integrates Con-Way (CNW +0.1%) following its $3B takeover."
