XPO | XPO vs Conway

I see many of your guys literally running in and out of customers, constantly being pushed for more. All companies have some fat and in theory could operate more efficiently, but the reality is people are not machines and there is only so much they can take.
There is this tiny little operation that delivers packages and wears brown uniforms. They've taught the employees to work smart, work safe, and work hard......and they are the most profitable company in the industry. Yes, people have limits, but the most profitable companies know where the limit is, and stay just below it. If the employees want to keep the high wages and benefits, they understand the sacrifice that has to be made.
Point being.......if employees want improved working conditions, pay, and benefits, you might want to look at the model that has already showed success. There is one thing for certain, if everyone drags their feet all day, the company doesn't do well, and the pay and benefits will slowly disappear.
Do your job to the best of your ability........and let the chips fall where they may.
