OK Joe, lets say that, that happens. Then what you , OPPS, they say is correct. People are effected, yes. Then lets look at it like this, the company closes up, there will be no pension credits then either. Damn if you do and damn if you don't. I do not believe there is no right answer. there is only hope that they (yrc) stay in business, and maybe someday more credits. Wow who really knows about that either. This is a real gamble, a toss up. A person needs to vote what is right for themselves and their families. I do not see a comfort position here. As a retiree, I do not evan feel safe, would you?
