We could give 50% of our money back to them... If they do not know what to do with it we are doomed! They need to figure this out... Not at the expense of the employees.
If you are never held accountable for your mistakes you never learn from them.
With all of the operational changes, contractual changes, work rule changes, added to the pay concessions..........and the ship is still sinking, it seems quite obvious that the leadership don't know enough to pour **** out of a boot.
