Yellow | YRCW Files Amendment To Form S-3 Registration Statement With SEC On 3/17/14!

Oh goodie another 20,061,171 Shares to dilute the price per share.......................

Shares are diluted but value of ownership might be a wash since new shares replace a load of debt.

49M shares at a value of $16 to $18.96 per share will raise the company market cap to about 850M, if the average price of shares steadies at $17.

At $20/share, we are close to a BILLION dollar company.

If they use the capital investment to reduce debt, the company looks more attractive, but there are areas that need expensive improvements immediately.

Gotta attend that shareholders meeting and ask some questions about the use of the influx of capital.

Screw The Shareholders, Full Speed Ahead!

To quote a trucking industry watcher I know...

"Only 20.1 million pieces of paper to dilute shareholders' equity. No wonder Welch and the CFO cashed out a couple weeks ago.

How to raise a fast $380 large.

This is directly out of Dollar Bill's playbook. Screw the shareholders, full speed ahead...."

:Poke:

Nothing says the stock price won't drop to half, either.....

"The above are forward looking statements and do not guarantee success while investing."

Yellow screws its shareholders, customers, and employees. Thats how yellow has always done business and stayed alive.

It's called "shared sacrifice. " the company doesn't have a clue on how to turn a profit and they haven't dipped this well in a long time. The BOD is clueless and the stockholders only vote with sell orders.

They've been dipping in this well almost as much as they've been dipping into the employee well. Seems the management well remains virgin territory

Then how do you explain the stock being up over 3% this morning? Everyone's clueless but a few on here?

There are 3 things that motivate the stock market. Hope, fear and greed. Pick any of the 3 for your explanation for 3% price rise. When the price drops you can pick from those 3 again. The price of our stock is based on nothing but speculation not fundamentals.

You forgot the real reason - expectations. People buy shares of a company on the expectation that companies outlook is a positive one and consequently their share price will increase over time. That's the reason for YRCW shares rising.

They also buy shares when they expect the price to plummet. It's called short selling or shorting a stock.

They don't buy shares when they short stock. They sell shares they don't own. Get your facts right.
