Took a trip to Zuccotti Park over the weekend to see the occupy Wall St. movement up close. It was noisy, smelly, but for the most part not a threatening situation. I did see a guy there I at first took for a homeless person. He was dressed in what looked like expensive casual attire however, it looked like he had been wearing it without laundering for quite some time. His white hair, what little he had, was long and greasy, and his white facial hair was unkempt and caked with dry spittle and food morsels. He seemed distracted and whenever he gained eye contact with someone he would blurt out "I have a comprehensive plan". It seemed most found him frightening and fled. I can't be sure, but I think it was Zollars.
