Guy over in DLS says this happens every year we raise rates lose the business then later in the year or competitor raise there rates and that business comes back.

I have noticed that over the last couple years. We kinda die around this time and then later in the year when you think we'd be slow, we are actually busier then most others.

Then, when it gets really slow, they lay off bunches of people, then have the gall to "show a profit", without telling why, until, one year, a driver called them out on it it public, and then they changed the way they "wag the dog".
