As always you smart union guys have to school is non union guys because you know anything. Just because I dont post much doesn't mean I don't read what goes on here, I normally choose not to waste my time responding to your nonsense. I lasted a week at a union barn until a grievance was filed against me for dumping trash out of a can and I knew that wasn't the job I wanted
If you read the rules that Upnorth posted, orginally it was supposed to be only XPO employees getting news on negotiations here, apparently it's changed and I don't care what you or anyone post on here. I come here to find news on negotiations here and there ain't much of it posted on here. I really dont care what goes on at ABF or any other company I dont work at those places only here. So unless you someone can give us knowledge of what's going on here, why do you feel the need to post?I take exception to the attitude comment.....I don't agree with fly on much, but I respect him, TG on the other hand says alot of misleading and quite frankly childish things.....g back about a page or two and tell me that's a question....nope it's a statement.....I don't like wasting my time on stupid :::: like that.....as far as posting links...I don't feel the need to because most of the time I'm just refuting his false assertions....I will give you an example...he threw three links out there about abf....one was about a paycut ten years ago that got vote down...I told him it got voted down.....another from a socialist website saying we didnt get enough in our last contract...so that was only opinion...... not factual and ...and the third was a press release from my company saying management took a 15 percent pay cut due to covid (which they have gotten back.)....no union employee got cut nor was there a vote....I asked TG what all this proved (since this is a union thread) and he told me it proved his company took no cuts.....Tell me how it proves that? He likes throwing ::
I feel the need to post mostly to fix things that are said that are wrong...I don't really care what way any union votes go at xpo as long as the info is correct....it certainly isn't to change minds... just to make sure that the truth is out there.....

it has nothing to do with how smart you are or anyone else....I call out lies, makes me real popular with my manager but that's a different story.....I also see why you are anti union because the story that you told sucks and things aren't supposed to be that way.....the union is one of the few organizations that don't pick their own members.....the company does....I have witnessed things I don't like with fellow members and I have called them out on it.....with that being said I also know that there are plenty of asskissers in non union companies too.....I will also say it again one of the reasons I go to this board is because I did work for Con-Way so it interests me.....i never said anything bad about xpo i just hear things and i think they can do better for you guys...

Nope just to point out stupid stuff like getting grieved for emptying a garbage can. I’m sure you can do better then that....I’m my 28 years I never heard that one & I worked at a breakbulk for about a year. And that would be the only place I can remotely see that happening....
