Can anyone tell some more info on the Mobile Palace?
Does it have it's own garage? Are you allowed to look at it?
Do they bring in a Schneider National or J.B. Hunt driver to drive it around? ( It's cheaper ! )

Don't worry , we've been told an adjustment is coming sooner rather than later so expect that 2% to go down to less than 1% - Con-way feels the Mobile Palace Program needs to be expanded nationwide!
So you'll be seeing more Mobile Palaces in a city near you!
Hell let's fire up the NASCAR sponsorship while we're at it!
If Con-way needs MORE money take it from the men and women on the bottom.
 
We as drivers are a pretty hot commodity right now....this is a great opportunity to demand (and get) respect from the company by calling on the Teamsters and negotiating a strong contract. I'm sure Conway will treat you great until they feel the threat of the Union drive is over.....then it will be back to the same old sh**! All the big wigs have contracts.....shouldn't you?
 
One thing the trucking industry needs to do away with is PROGRESSION periods of 4-5 years! This is one of the only trades I know of that you start off at bottom pay even if you have 20 years experience. ....this goes for both union and non-union barns.
 
After seeing this I feel a great sense of pride and esprit de corps. I would be honored to be the bathroom attendant on the flagship of c.f.. god bless Detter.
 
Only one way to fix this crap and their multi million dollar workout facility at the palace. And stotlars over 30 million sold in stock options this year. We must unite!

Talking about NASCAR , when we had the nascar race truck several employees had ask about getting some tickets through the big house but was told that was not for us. Go figure

Jerry Detter was TM at my CF barn before he left to start Conway. Trust me, "Uncle Jerry" is not what we called him.

Problem is the plundering of the employees pockets never stops , for us it's alway try a little harder or maybe next time ... For them it's spend spend spend and to HELL with everyone else because we have our cash machines by the balls .
Seems it past time for unity and representation ...

I dont say alot publicly on here anymore.... it maybe an exercise in futility or whatever you meant but this PISSED me off .. I backed this company to a point with the decisions they have made but now ... HA. this thing has been rolled out to be shown off at the wrong time when THOUSANDS of unheard conway brothers and sisters have been told you dont see the big picture or do this because i said so or hurry up we need you on time on a crappy night .. people have rolled over and taken it in the you know what hundreds of times ... and you say i am getting mad over pretty much nothing?!?!?!?!? The MONEY spent is not the issue!!!!!!! It is the timing!!! The big boys at Ann Arbor are accusing the SCM managers for the unhappiness in laredo or wherever the votes are happening ..It is the dumb decisions they have made .... I know drivers who have said no to the Onion have changed their mind .. if they are allowed to according to your exercise in futility

Has anyone actually laid eyes on it? I'm suspicious it's a photo shop because the game is incorrect. It should read Miami vs Buffalo. That would be a pretty big oversight if that trailer was actually in Buffalo. Just thinking out loud.

Insider trading got uncle jerry .. proof right there showed me he was not honest ... I think all these guys who have been here forever had the carrot dangled over their noses and was pumped sunshine up their ass Jerry was the fall guy just like anyone else who came after him.

It is suppose to be in Stevens point for the TDC winner next week ... it may be in milwaukee for the job fair .. I will try to get a picture or two
