XPO | Pet Peeves.... only one ( or so) sentence please !!

We have to raise our hand and get someone called a lead or a sup to fill in so we can go to the bathroom. Our cubicles are checked daily for "contraband" i.e. packs of food, papers other than our cheat sheets, purses, cellphones, etc. You can have a drink at the cube if it's in an approved container. I took my drink in the CONWAY canteen last week. With my Fedex badge on. :biglaugh:

going to a customer for a pick up and their is another Conway driver at the dock making a delivery {happened three times today}

Going to customer dock to make a delivery......and another dsr at same dock making a delivery. Not a full trlr either.

Ohh.. I see I am not the only one that looks like an idiot when I show up to a customer and they we have already been there once today. Looks like we are a bunch of morons going to the same customer 2-3 times a day.:duh:

Watching guys try to go down one side of the dock that is barely wide enought to come out of a trailer and not run into freight when the other side has a nice 20' aisle open. Pandelirium.

Those who when making a pick up put all the pro stickers in one location, or around corners.

This will be key when they decide to go paper-less.
(Which , in my opinion, is a bad idea.)
Waaaayyyy too many shipments already moving thru the system w/o COSOs and pro numbers.
"Just run a zip check and move it in the right direction" is the popular, however, incorrect way to do it.

to the other driver that left the wipers on and got lost while the rain stops and Mr sunshine appears drying everything up and the wipers are leaving a nice black smear on the windshield
