That pay out is trash. 30 years should get you one week per year, at 40 hours or your average weekly gross, which every is higher at the minimum.

Whers did that come from? Looks very generic, and not specific to any location. Also, it works under the assumption that the employee understands what the "Work reassignment process" entails.

Makes no sense. The merger will mean less drivers needed, not more.
