Police say there is still roughly $23,000 out there? Anyone who puts $30 grand in a cardboard box, and sets it down on his bumper, isn’t the smartest person.

I once left a Ratchet E-Strap on the ICC Bar of me 53' dry van trailer in Phoenix, Az. (after sealing the trailer), and the strap was still on the ICC bumper when I stopped in Casa Grande for fuel.
I Have NEVER Left Money In A Box On Any ICC Bar.
There is NO AMOUNT of TIRED that would cause me to overlook such a Package.
