Update on Safety Notes: Per Sam at Corp. Safety, FMCSA will issue a Final Rule requiring drivers to log a 30 minute "off duty" rest break within the first 8 hours of driving. We do not have to take a 30 minute "off duty" rest break until ""JULY,2013"" the rule will take effect then.
