I found another account of this crash in one of my crash searches.
I looked long and hard to find out what NASCAR team was involved,however I have yet to see any updates that had any mention of that info.

Also found this : Denver-based Furniture Row Racing's semi truck and motor coach returning from NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Phoenix International Raceway were involved in the accident, said Furniture Row team manager Joe Garone.
"Our (semi-truck) guys came over the hill and saw a group of cars that had just spun out because of the ice," said Garone. "Our guys tried to stop but they hit the ice too."
A little late. I was parked in that mess 2 and 1/2 hours. Morning rush and it just went slick. South side of Hill was wet and from crest to bottom glazed on North side for about a 1/4 mile then went back to wet. Nothing like mountain driving.
