Ok so we are at $22.10 after giving back -15% week which is $175.00 to $220.00 a week and take the middle of $200. x 4 is $800.00 BUCKS a month we are paying for our Health Insurance and they are only paying 25% into broke pension fund and 62 mph trucks and lost weeks vacation and a Toxic work place , so you just keep drinking that Kool-aid good buddy :heykoolaid:

Do you know why you no longer see your give back on your check? because it no longer a giveback, you are at your full rate.

Homey were talking about ABF. Trucks are turned up to 65 per last contract. Fedex isn't close to our pay scale they make more per hour that's it. Add in there copays and small retirement package,Not even close. Plus our insurance is 100 times better than there dog chow plan. Had 90000 dollar surgery cost me 250 total. SO AGAIN ADD THE WHOLE PACKAGE.

Your local ABF pay scale maybe match them & CSPF going broke by 2025 and as a whole yrcw is $5 to 7 bucks hour less and think you maybe should recheck Fed Ex pay scale and Old Dom . and XPO , they are all above us plus have a matching 401-K that YOU control not union , having somebody else control your pension and saying you cant work 1st year after retire and limiting where you can work after that is the wrong way of controlling your pension money and also get the BIG BOY calculator out and do a 60 week at there higher pay and ours with OT and see there paycheck is still more ........................................................

You asked about abf, not yrcw, no one would argue about the grass being greener at other places if your stuck at yrcw. Although if you have some time in, its not a bad place to be.

Lots of college grads think 60k is big money, and hope to see it one day. Anyone can make that at yrcw.
