how many union meetings have you gone to? if the contract is not being enforced, file a grievence.

Hey folks all you got to do is make a list as to what is good about being a union member,and what it would be like to have no representation.
One side will be greater than the other.
Decide from there what you would be better off with,not that you can do much now that you are already Teamsters.
But it may make you feel a little better.
My opinion is I was non-union city driver for 25 years,and a Teamster city driver for 20.
It is much better having representation in any form, then none at all as a non-union driver.
