From the handbook :
All commercial drivers and operators of Company cars or other vehicles used in pursuit of Company business are responsible for paying and reporting any traffic violations. Drivers and operators of Company cars must report to Safety, upon conviction, ALL moving violations (and receipt of warning violations from roadside inspections) issued in a commercial or other vehicle by completing a “Notification of Traffic Violation” within 30 days of a conviction for any traffic violation (except parking). Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action.

All commercial drivers, drivers of Company cars, and commercial drivers operating their personal vehicle must notify Safety on the first day of work after receiving a citation for DUI/DWI or refusal to submit to a breath or blood alcohol test.
