ok so seeing spotted trailers has become the norm it seems but a straight truck ? This is currently parked up the block from New Penn 107-Maspeth. As you can see it's one of the new (not anymore) PBs that ran great. How is this possible? Are they allowed/did they sell equipment before the auction ?

Estes has gotten several tractors. Im guessing they bought them or they wouldnt be on our lots. Havnt seen any straight trucks yet

I dont know what they cost, but id be willing to bet Estes got them at a discount. They all about saving them pennies. However like in the case of the central equipment it all pretty much was junk.

It should say operated under NP authority, but it is still a Yellow asset. Kinda like a subcontractor.

No, PACCAR Leasing was allowed to repossess the leased equipment that they are the owners of. That happened about a month ago.
