If you break down and call your location in STAY THERE! Friday night i bob tailed to pick up a drivers pups so the wrecker would not have to tow the whole unit (away from the destination) and get the freight to the B/B to make service. when i got to where he was supposed to be no driver. after 8 calls and 47 minutes on the phone with cd i find the driver who moved but still could not make it to his destination. blame 90% driver 10% central dispatch and i quote " i will transfer you to some one that knows whats going on" what a joke. if Ken hadn't come in i would probably still be looking for that rookie. instead of getting off at 7am saturday i got off at 10:00 am.

don't know why anyone would move after calling in their location. that just makes it harder for those coming to help to get you out of there quickly. hate that happened to you man.

Sure do miss some of our old school dispatchers ! Time marches on and nothing stays the same though!
