At the 2006 annual meeting the Company's shareholders approved the Con-way Inc. 2006 Equity and Incentive Plan. The Plan authorizes the granting of restricted stock awards, options to purchase the Company's common stock, and other types of long-term awards to key employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
