XPO | Cannot veiw direct deposit statements on employee portal !!!

Anyone else having problems viewing their direct deposit statements on employee portal?? Says I don't have permission to view...I've been viewing them for 3 yrs. now, now all of a sudden I can't!!..whats up with that crap

He gave me number to payroll-tried to tell him its 7am on the east coast, so its 4am in oregon, nobody will be there...he couldn't seem to understand why there was a time difference. Called 2 different #'s, left messages with my cell phone #--no response at all......
