Time for some speculation. Since Saia has half of Yellows yard in Carlisle, think you will take over the rest of it?

They are halfway into developing the rest of the property they currently own. I doubt the company would need two huge facilities in Carlisle. It's possible they would rent the southern building while renovating the north barn but I don't see them using both buildings.
