Former Estes driver I spoke with said if you move you take your pay rate with you. Does that work both up and down, possible to be paid less than the normal terminal wage?
Mileage, break and hooks are the same across the board, unless you transfer to Estes west (they pay different) P&D pay will change, dependibg on what area you move to, cluld be $1.50 more ore a $1.50 less ($1.50 varies)
