It's disgusting, obscene, and contributing to the morass we are in. Working class people are just sick with the privileged class, the royalty, the overcompensated empty suits that are for the most part inept. Take a look at all the major failures in our country, political and business, and you find that they are all the result of inept leadership.

That`s the problem with too many companies and businesses today, too many bosses and not enough leaders. It`s easy to be a boss,but one has to work at being a leader.
