SAY YOU GUYS AT CON-WAY KNOW ICP STANDS FOR ...well it did stand for when chip b was running central and moved over to western , and he told us at a company function that cwx would not pay over time BOY DID HE GET PIE IN HIS EYE, HE LATER RETRActED THAT STATEMENT. but any way icp stands for in chips pocket lmao .that was the rumor back then. so how is dave M doing out thier ?:bananapowerslide:

Most of us don't think much of dave m. Seems arrogant and don't like what we see going on with the company(central) since he took over,but he does have people to answer to I think there lies the problem with the company now, the people he answers to.Alot has changed over the last few years con-way used to be the elite carrier,now with other carriers catching up, the upper management doesn't know what or how to do and will never admit they can't live up to what g.detter could do with the company.

Chip was not at central . He came from southern . we now have ot over 50 . The last time i heard anything about Chip he was a bigwig at texpack in big D . but they are on longer in the biz .
