I have always thought Dayton was one of the best non-union trucking companies out there. Being managed by the owners & family members might make a difference. I bet Dayton would match or come close to what the Union claims they could get in a contract. I am pro union. But if any company is paying their help well with top notch benefits, there isn't a Union that would have a prayer in hell chance of getting employees to sign a card. von.
