I train fork lift and re-certification in a SE terminal. New drivers are properly trained. It's not the new ones that cause problems. It's the veterans. Try to re-certify a veteran. It's easier to heard cats. The vets say, "I've been here ??? years and I don't need anyone to tell me how to operate a fork lift."

Convince your fellow veteran driver to listen and pay attention and things will be much better.

Your 2 cents is worth at least a dime...26 years doing this, and I still learn something new every day...the day I stop learning, might as well hang it up...
