At some of the bigger 50-60 door FACs I could see how step-saver could be helpful.
What still amazes me is that Con-Way still uses CARBON COPIES for manifests, delivery recepits etc. How many tons of paper and man-years of DSR & CSR time are wasted this way?
What ever happed to dock automation?
I've spent an entire 4 hour FAC shift just writing up CoSos onto 53s.
