yrc and local 413 intend to let local cartage classified employees that are on the road on layoff under the columbus seniorty practice to bid out on the road even though they have never done a year and aday. they will go to gaining terminals as road drivers even though gaining terminal are not under col seniorty practice. you need to talk to your BA about this before they go to change meeting.

I'm not in your area.but I'm under the impression.that if you are on layoff.that person does not qualify for the pool.this is because you have stated that the person or persons involved are on layoff from the road.now it may be different in your region.sorry if I have made anyone upset.not my intentions

They are on layoff from local cartage working on the road under the columbus senority practice. most of you dont even know what that is. iam just saying there classifcation is local cartage but they are going to be allowed to bid into a road position at gaining terminals
