Estes | Cop-shooting suspect, two others indicted by grand jury

Immediately after the shooting, members of the officers in the street crimes unit, Sgt. Richard Pomales and Officer Dinis Avila, pulled into the Estes Express Lines parking lot at 115 Beaver St. Police say Josiah fired at them before running into some nearby woods.
