It's absolutely a good thing. It's an indication of a content workforce that has very little to complain about.SEFL forum is dead.... Is this a good thing? Lol
There is plenty to complain about, its just that we're used to it falling on deaf ears. One example is a linehaul system driver can be put to bed with just more than 200 miles at a terminal that is only 90 miles from his home terminal and then go to the hotel only to be told it will be two hours before they have a room available. The Sefl culture would dictate this is unacceptable but when you ask management to pay you for the delay, they say you have a bad attitude. Anyway, plenty to complain about, I just look at the classifieds every day looking for what may appear to be a better opportunity and go from there. There is life beyond southeastern, many friends I've seen leave don't regret their decision.its funny that so many people visit this thread and seem to be a little bothered that they cant find someone or thing to bitch about .just saying
