When you transferred, did you have to first resign at your previous location and have to be re-hired at your current location? If so, that might be a problem (see number 2. paragraph).

I was on layoff all year until Sept. 27, 2020 and then returned to work and received the bonus for what I made for the last 3 months of that year. But then again I was still on the seniority list while layed off. That may be the difference.

We would have to operate at around a 107 in the 4th quarter not to get the 3%.... I don't see that happening

You don’t have to work a full year, only be on the seniority list. I was laid off 9 months and still got the bonus.

Thats cool , I'm surprised they give people bonuses like being layed off or on light duty . But good to know buddy!
