Anyone else get the email from Doug? Have they been studying the surveys? The same ones everyone was waiting on from last summer? What's your take on the New Back to basics so far?

Yeah, I'm not sure what "back-to-basics" meant. Thought it was back to our company in earlier times, but nothing is coming thru like that.
